Hester Bedaux-Witsenburg is the dedicated and sole proprietor of ExtraVedette Tax Return Services. She worked for Cap Gemini, Arthur Andersen, Hertoghs legal and tax advisors and, last but not least, Deloitte. At Deloitte, she was a tax adviser for 6 years on the Global Employer Services team in Amsterdam, where she took great pleasure in handling expat-related tax matters concerning individual income tax returns, the 30%-scheme and advisory and immigration services.

But Hester missed the communication, commercial and entrepreneurial elements of her profession. In 2008, she switched to recruitment and selection. She went to work (3 years) for Michael Page International as a tax specialist. Since 1 December 2011 Hester has worked as a passionate and independent recruiter under the name ExtraVedette Recruitment and since 1 January 2013 Hester has expanded the recruitment and selection of tax specialists with Tax Return Services for private persons and self-employed workers without employees.

Hester is married to Martijn and Belle is their 3-year-old daughter. Hester has a passion for kitesurfing, skating, swimming (also with Belle), skiing, snowboarding and golf.
